Hi Josh,

Personally I think there is enough room for Celebs to share some of YouTube’s bandwidth and not really cut us ‘little guys’ out of the action. Celebrities are still human, and they still have to create compelling content to attract and keep their audiences.

I believe human interest clips, how-to etc will still remain popular regardless of who makes them and the quality of the production.

Not to get too ‘out there’ on you but I think there is a movement going on where more and more people want information that is real, warts and all.

Everyday people want a forum where their ideas, opinions, news and views has the same opportunity to be heard that the ‘privileged’ have – my only concern is that YouTube has been too successful at that and the ‘powers that be’ do something to curb that.

i can see no problem with celebrities using youtube to create videos or stuffs.. i think that we all have our own free will and that they are just like normal people who wants to do stuffs..

Having more celebs on youtube in my opinion is a good start for stardom to reach out more to their fans through youtube. Just like in twitter. For me, youtube isn’t just crowded yet. Since not all upload quality videos. Mostly junk.

Youtube is really making huge amounts of revenues now. They can even afford Hollywood stars. Well, that’s fine as long as their videos can entertain well.
