We've had some exciting news with BROTHERS. After sending out about 10 proposals we got quite a few responses. They were all positive, but the producers either said that they weren't looking for new programming right now or that our concept didn't fit into their type of programming. However, we did find one producer who really liked our demo and proposal a lot, and although it isn't something her company can take on, she made us a generous offer. She runs the Great American Pitchfest and invited us to go to LA at the end of January to attend. Normally this would cost $400 US for both of us to go, but she sees potential in our show and really enjoyed our demo, so she said she wanted to help us out and gave us complimentary passes. So we're off to LA next month to meet with as many producers as we can fit into one day! We're both very excited about it!

As for the magic tour I'm on, it's still going well. Lots of shows and good sized audiences. Only a few days left before I'll have 2 weeks off.

I've started the Western Canadian part of the tour with Illusions... Magic n' Miracles. There are 2 weeks left and we have a very full schedule of 2 to 3 shows per day. Besides New Year's Eve, we won't have any days off except for two travel days which are Winnipeg to Edmonton and Edmonton to Kelowna. At least we'll be travelling in a big tour bus again so it'll be pretty comfortable. I'm looking forward to getting back on stage and to seeing the West Coast again.

I've had 4 or 5 people tell me they've seen the Sport Select commercial that I'm in. They all saw it on Sportsnet during hockey games. Sportsnet is regional and this area consists of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and The Northwest Territories. I still haven't seen it myself or managed to get it on tape. When I do, I'll put it on the web site. If you see it, please keep me updated on where and when!

A self professed "fan" emailed me a poster that he made for my web site. He suggested that people could use it as wallpaper on their desktop, or print off, or whatnot. Even though I don't really think people are going to be downloading a poster of me, it was really nice of him to think of it and take the time to make it.
