I got to do some more mascot work this month. I was hired to be a Macleans character at the Satteldome during a game and then again to be a "handler", which is basically someone who walks with a mascot and keeps the drunk men from smacking it around.

I edited together the movie that I shot with my students in my weekly class at Centre Stage Theatre Company. We showed it at the Uptown to friends and family and they all seemed to really like it. I've been substitute teaching some of the other classes for the company as wellm and also stage managing and doing audio for "A Hero For All" which tours around elementary schools.

I got hired to be the camera operator at some auditions that were happening for Westjet commercials. It was cool to be on the other side of the camera during the audition process.

The acting stuff is still going strong as well -- the occasional murder mystery, and I got offered a role in an upcoming production of "Into The Woods" that will be touring around schools next year. I get to play Jack -- such a great role!
